4.2 All activity conducted through your bpexh account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been performed by you, the registered account holder. bpexh accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

bpexh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard inter-bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 6.2 Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each offer will be stated at the point of opt-in.
6.3 Bonus Funds and Real Money funds may be held as separate balance pools within your account. Real Money funds are typically wagered first unless the structure of a specific offer dictates otherwise.

Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless voided under the conditions in clause 7.3.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, bpexh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 bpexh's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 bpexh accepts no liability for any interruption to the platform caused by Force Majeure events, scheduled or emergency maintenance, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers outside bpexh's reasonable control.
11.4 bpexh does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and internet connections are secure and suitable for accessing the platform.
